Is there any nicotine or tobacco in it?
None. Zero nicotine, zero tobacco. The only stimulants are caffeine and theobromine. Check your own site policy before bringing anything new on — employer rules vary and some are stricter than the law.
How long should I keep one in?
Most people use a pouch while the flavor is present, then remove and discard it. Caffeine response and timing vary by person. Follow the label, and do not add another pouch just because the flavor has faded.
What about respirators and other PPE?
Follow the PPE manufacturer's instructions and your employer's site rules. Never break or compromise a respirator seal to place or remove a pouch; wait until you are in the designated safe area.
