Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During pre-order, orders ship on the launch date shown on the product page and at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 US states via USPS. Free standard shipping on all US orders — no minimum. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days after processing.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times vary, and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@rivoxlabs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
